Do your rooms have views?
Yes each room has stunning views over the village and out to sea. They also all have space to sit outside and enjoy the views, sunrise is something special!
Do you have parking?
Yes we have sealed parking on site and plenty for each room to have a space.
How far are you from centre of Paihia village?
We are located just up the hill from central Paihia where there are a good selection of restaurants, shops and the wharf for boat departures. It is less than 5 minutes drive Allegra House to parking in the central streets or car park, but this can be limited with availability at busy times.
Alternatively we have a bush track through our property and you will be in the centre of the village in less than 10 minutes. It is perhaps a little longer to return as it is uphill and has some steps but the effort is rewarding when you get home and saves driving.

Our 2 Top Suites have super king beds and, on request, can be split into two single beds
The apartment has a superking bed and, on request, we can add a single bed in the spacious lounge

The property is not really suitable for children. In the apartment the single bed can be for a child with an extra 3rd person charge and we can also supply a portacot for a baby. The 3 bed and breakfast rooms are not really suitable for children, although an over 12 year old with an adult is fine.
Do you supply breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the room rate for Top Suites and Island View. If you are booked in the self contained apartment you can prepare your own breakfasts, however please feel free to ask us if you would like to order breakfast which can be supplied at additional cost.
